For most tests, no — we can provide the order for many lab tests, so you can come straight in. For certain specialty or physician-directed services (like our weight loss program), a provider is involved as part of the process.

Absolutely. If your employer or a TPA is paying, you won't be charged at your visit — just bring your authorization and your company's name. Employers can set up a corporate account with monthly invoicing on our employers page.
