Our courses are examination preparation and professional development courses. Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion; national certification is awarded by the certifying body (e.g., NHA) upon passing its exam. DOT collector, BAT, and DER courses reflect qualification training defined under 49 CFR Part 40.
